Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise leading to the need to cancel appointments. However, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment cancellation fee of $50 will be charged the client account. This fee helps us cover the cost associated with last-minute cancellations and ensure the fairness to both clients and our business. we appreciate your understanding and cooperation and hearing to our cancellation policy. No Show Policy

At our establishment, we value our clients time and strive to provide exceptional service when a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointments. Without prior notice. It is not only disruptive to our schedule, but also prevent us from accommodating other clients. Therefore, in the event of a no-show if $50 will be charged the clients account this fee compensates the low cost time and resources allocated to the appointment and help us maintain the efficiency of our operations. We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may arise we encourage clients to inform us as soon as possible if they’re unable to attend their appointments. However, failure to provide an advance notice of cancellation will result in position of a no-show fee.
